3 East Ramona Avenue
We recently acquired the property at the corner of East Ramona/Cascade/Tejon/Cheyenne Blvd. The building required a zoning change to OR (office/residential) which should be approved in late January. At that time we should be able to finally get a building permit. The old Craftsman-style house will be remodeled to house our offices on the ground floor and an apartment upstairs. We are extremely excited about the possibilities this opportunity will presents us.
